IF you are NEW to EA Track Days, YOU MUST fill out a pre-qualification form in order to proceed to purchase the desired track days.

For our frequent flyer drivers, please click on the desired scheduled day for purchasing.
Track time is open lapping from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break at noon. We keep our car counts low to ensure premium track time for our guests, and only sort cars by street and race classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable outing regardless of vehicle setup. We ask that our guests arrive at the track for an 8:30 am driver's meeting to outline key safety items and point out crucial track observations. Lunch is provided and included in your track fee.
EA refunds and Cancellations Policy;
Regretfully under no circumstances can we cancel, refund or reschedule an EA track day once a date has been booked, rain or shine we go, so please ensure you, or the person(s) you are buying the event for are able to attend the date chosen before you make the order. In some circumstances, it may be possible for the EA team to make an amendment to a booking but there will likely be an admin fee to do so.
Should an event be canceled or rescheduled due to reasons out of our control, EA will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and re-arrange a date, In these circumstances, EA is unable to reimburse any expenses you may have occurred in relation to the canceled event. Please assume that only credit for another event with EA will be offered and not a refund. If our future dates will not accommodate your schedule for a replacement date, If it’s possible for us to do a refund we will.
